UCB Vet's Allequa Ophthalmic Solution is an eye drop indicated for dogs and cats, used for eye cleansing and relieving irritation, burning and dryness in the eyes, often caused by exposure to wind, sun, heat and dry air. ## Composition Each 10 ml bottle contains: - Polyvinyl alcohol 0.140 g - Sodium chloride 0.055 g - Potassium chloride 0.008 g - Sodium citrate 0.017 g - Excipients qsp 10 ml ## Indications - Eye cleansing in dogs and cats - Relief from irritation, burning and dryness of the eyes - Can be used to clean secretions before applying therapeutic eye drops ## How to use Apply topically 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s), up to 4 times a day or as directed by the veterinarian ## Precautions - Do not apply to animals with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formula - In case of allergic reaction, discontinue use use and seek veterinary advice - Avoid contamination of the bottle, do not touch the tip to surfaces ## Storage Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets, keeping the bottle closed in the original packaging ## Safety and registration Product exempt from registration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), registered under no. 140-2016/SP, with technical responsibility of Dr. Thaís Marino Silva Girio, CRMV/SP 17,469 Allequa Ophthalmic Solution is an artificial tear that forms a protective film over the eye tissues, providing immediate comfort and protection against damage caused by eyelid friction, without causing blurred vision In summary, Allequa is a safe and effective veterinary eye drop for the eye care of dogs and cats, indicated for hygiene and relief of common eye discomfort
